Swellings of veins in the lower abdomen and anus are called hemorrhoids, or piles (Mulvyadh). These can be uncomfortable, painful, and irritating and look like small veins. A lack of exercise, poor fiber intake, inactivity, chronic constipation, pregnancy, or aging can all lead to piles. At some poi
